Preparation
Always ensure the surface you will be applying Craig & Rose Gloss to is clean, dry and free from any contaminates.

- Metal surfaces must be clean, free from rust, and thoroughly prepared with a suitable metal primer.
Application
Colours may vary on screens therefore we always recommend testing your chosen colour prior to application. Craig and Rose 1829 Vintage Colours are available in tester pot sizes so you can test the colour at home.
- Stir the paint thoroughly to ensure you achieve a consistent colour.
- Apply the gloss using a synthetic brush or medium pile roller. For cutting in we recommend using an angled synthetic brush or a good quality masking tape such as .
- We recommend applying two coats, allowing the paint to dry for up to 12 hours between coats.
- The paint will reach full hardness after 7 days.
